ABOUT ME

Bineesh.C is a consultant psychologist who works primarily with adolescents and their families. He draws on a number of different therapeutic approaches to help people, including clinical hypnotherapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness based therapies. He procured post graduation in clinical psychology.He has worked with licensed rehabilitation and clinical psychologists as trainee psychologist.
