ABOUT ME

Ujwala Reddy is trained in conducting psychological assessments for adults and children. She is skilled in providing evidence based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based interventions and clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Her aim is to apply her skills and knowledge in conducting assessments, diagnosing, providing counseling and psychotherapy to support individuals and children who are diagnosed with mental illness, going through emotional, intra-and inter-personal, and/or any psychological struggles. She is committed to providing high-quality care to my patients and she is always looking for ways to improve my clinical skills
