ABOUT ME

Ms Ayesha Anjum is specialised in breaking down and understanding mental health cycles over 7+ years. She has completed her training in counselling skills for working with children’s, adults and families and capacity building training on life skills by Dr Jonas Richard’s A, Behaviour Therapy program by Dr Anu Kapoor, Protective Techniques with Dr Kishor Adhikari, Creative Movement Therapy by Ms Tripura Kashyap along with her master degree in specialisation of Clinical Psychology and looking forward to enhance her skills further. Completed her training program at Global Concerns INDIA with Brinda Adige, Kempegowda Hospital & Research Centre with Dr Deepa PV, Completed her Social Responsibility Project at Banyan Community School at Lovedale Foundation, Worked as Psychologist at Dr S R Chandrasekhar Institute of Speech and Hearing With Ms Alphonsa Joseph, Dr Suresh Babu, Dr M S Venkatesh, Clinical Psychologist at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital with Dr Krishnamurthy Bonanthaya, Consultant at The Able Mind with Rohini Kesavan Rajeev & presently a co founder at Mind and Soul Wellness, India. She is involved in Consultation providing neuropsychological and psycho-educational assessments, Therapy Planning, Psycho Education and Training, Counselling for adults/children’s, Research etc. Her professional experience includes individuals with Developmental Language Disorders in cleft, Speech and Hearing impaired children’s/adults and normal population such as those seen in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Language Impairment, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity, Learning disability/difficulty, Slow learner’s, SCD, GDD, IDD, DCBT, Behaviour Disorder in children’s and provides optimal parental support for Behavioural problems etc. She has been actively participating in research and has several publications. She is able to build good rapport with her warming and empathetic approach and is able to earn confidence within a short span of time. She was found to have a professional approach to clients. She is proactive and initiated, planned and executed intervention program meticulously. She has a wonderful creative ability in preparing aids to facilitate learning and modification in children’s and adults. She is found to be sincere, responsible and hardworking. She is always willing to take up new responsibilities and challenges in her clinical field.
