About Ms.Nikitha Fernandez

Nikitha is an experienced psychologist in dealing with couple relationships, parenting, children's mental health, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma and more. Her approach to therapeutic healing incorporates strength-based, narrative, humanistic and holistic healing. Her early work in behavior and learning, infant-child attachment and development and adult attachment; grounds her work in relational healing and includes understanding the role emotions play in body-centered awareness.
